Do you know a healthy smoothie recipes I should try?
My husband and I bought each other a Ninja Mega Kitchen System (affiliate link) for Christmas, mainly because he had this idea of trying out some green smoothies. He has a friend who used smoothies, along with some other lifestyle changes, to get trim and fit and it inspired him to want to try it.
So far, I am loving it and having a lot of fun experimenting with different recipes and flavors. My husband, however, is not totally convinced that he will like smoothies enough to replace a meal a day with them… That is what sent me on this quest for healthy smoothie recipes.
